I worked out this morning because I know I wont get a chance to tonight after the Saint Patrick's Day festivites. I ran 2 miles on the treadmill and walked 1/2 mile with the incline as high as it would go. At the end of the 1/2 mile walk, I was breathing harder than I was during my run and my legs were defintiely getting fatigued. After the treadmill, I did a quick ab workout and then it was time for breakfast! I switched it up this morning with toasted a cinnamon raisin bagelthin with about a teaspoon of light honey-nut cream cheese. One side was topped with sliced pear...green for St. Patrick's day :)...and the other side had a thin slice of swiss cheese. Yum, yum, yum!
